Dr. Sneed is a food safety consultant, having retired from Kansas State University as a professor and department head for the Department of Hospitality Management and Dietetics and as a research professor in the Center of Excellence for Food Safety Research in Child Nutrition Programs funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Dr. Cyndie Story works as an independent consultant and trainer for K-12 operations.  With solid academic credentials in nutrition, culinary arts, and foodservice, Chef Cyndie develops research-based training, evaluates initiatives, and designs adult education programs.  The White House recognized Chef Cyndie with a Champion of Change award in 2011 for her no-nonsense balanced approach to nutrition and dedication to educating school nutrition professionals.  Chef Cyndie provides food safety consultations and training, hands-on or demonstration-style quantity food production classes including work simplification, recipe engineering and standardization training, train-the-trainer course development, as well as custom training video productions.
