3M Webinar: Why CDI is crucial to your ICD-10 success

An archive of this event can be accessed here.

Meeting Description:

The accuracy of clinical documentation becomes more crucial than ever with ICD-10 implementation. Inaccuracies lead to millions in missed revenue and distorted reflections of a hospital’s case mix.

Please join us for a discussion of how organizations both large and small can achieve sustained improvement and significant financial returns.  We’ll discuss how to identify current gaps, get an accurate appraisal of financial opportunity, provide tools and training for CDI specialists, coding staff and physicians, and monitor data for continuous quality improvement.

Whether your organization needs to renew an existing CDI program or start from scratch, this webinar will provide a valuable overview about this crucial step to prepare now for ICD-10 and what comes next.
