In this user-friendly online training session, you will learn how ERASSURE® Executor Errors and Omissions Insurance protects YOU and your executor clients. You will learn why it is essential for all estates to have the protection of an ERASSURE® policy. It will help you understand the implications of an E&O Professional Insurance claim as well as how Executors Insurance can mitigate your own risk while handling estates.


Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Details

Our program is accredited for CPD credits in the following provinces: Ontario (please note that this program is not accredited for Professionalism hours or for the New Member Requirement in Ontario); Alberta; British Columbia; Saskatchewan and New Brunswick.

The following provinces do not have mandatory CPD requirements but we encourage you to include our session in your annual education plan: Manitoba; Newfoundland; Nova Scotia; PEI; Yukon; Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
