Chief Human Resource Officers (CHRO) are serving in critical roles and can be instrumental in helping to shape the current and future growth of their companies. Sally Stetson, IIC Partners Board member, co-founder, principal, and HR Practice Lead of Salveson Stetson Group, will reveal results of her candid conversations with a sample of global human resource leaders about the CHRO role and what it takes to be successful. She will share their insights and provide an interesting perspective on the challenging life of a CHRO.

With co-presenter Todd Hohauser, Chairman of IIC Partners, we will take a look at the skills and backgrounds of the interviewed group and focus in on their commonalities. We will also glance at the future and predict what expertise they and their successors will need in the years to come.

Sally Stetson

Sally Stetson is a Board member of IIC Partners and Principal, Co-Founder, and HR PRactice Lead of Salveson Stetson Group, Inc., a retained executive search firm located in Radnor, Pennsylvania supporting clients across the country in identifying and placing senior level executives. Sally holds a Master of Arts from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware. She is past President of the Board of Directors for the Forum of Executive Women and the National Adoption Center and past Chair of the Board of Directors for the Pyramid Club. named one of Pennsylvania’s “50 Best Women in Business” by the Governor of Pennsylvania. The Philadelphia Business Journal named her as one of its “2006 Women of Distinction” for her outstanding contributions both professionally and in the community. In addition, Sally has been selected as one of SmartCEO Magazine’s 2010 BRAVA! Women Business Achievement award winners.


Todd Hohauser

Todd is Chairman of IIC Partners, the eighth largest retained executive search partnership in the world. For 18 years, he has guided family and privately held businesses in their efforts to locate, recruit and retain top-grade leadership as CEO of Harvey Hohauser and Associates.

A graduate of Western Michigan University, Todd also received a Master of Science degree in Management from Walsh College. Utilizing his extensive background in Behavioral Sciences, Todd’s primary purpose is to provide the best cultural fit for candidates and clients. In 2009, Todd was a recipient of Walsh College’s Award for the Outstanding Graduate of the Last Decade.

Beyond serving as Chairman of IIC Partners, Todd is a Committee Member on the Judson Center’s Golf Planning Committee, past chair for The Epilepsy Foundation of Michigan, and serves on the Board of Advisors of MichBusiness.
