Meenal Raje is a lead member of the Coding Analyst Support team. She joined 3M in 2007 and is a graduate of the University of Mumbai, India, as a homoeopathic physician. She actively practiced homoeopathic medicine until 1998 when she moved to the states, where she earned a Master in Business Administration and obtained her CPC.

Tara Conklin

A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Tara has worked as a certified professional medical coder for the past 13 years. She is the senior coding data analyst for 3M Health Information Systems. Utilizing her extensive background in coding and team leadership, along with learned knowledge in natural language processing, Tara works with some of the largest medical facilities in the United States to optimize return on investment, coding compliance and follow best practice in the 3M environment.

Jean Jones
Speaker Photo

Jean joined 3M after more than 20 years of coding and billing service in a variety of nationally recognized organizations such as Massachusetts General Hospital and Atrius Health. She has been instrumental in the development and implementation of coding curriculums for community colleges, career schools and large physician organizations. Jean has three coding certifications from three different organizations as well as served in leadership positions for the American Academy of Professional Coders.
