Susanna brings twenty-plus years of experience within the automotive claims industry. She has authored The Crash Course, CCC’s annual publication on trends impacting collision repair and total loss costs since 1995.  In 2011, Ms. Gotsch was awarded the annual industry honorarium Most Influential Women in the Collision Repair Industry established by AkzoNobel Automotive & Aerospace Coatings America (A&AC). 

Jason Verlen, SVP Product Management, CCC

Jason has extensive experience in the software industry with specific expertise in product management, big data, and analytics.  Before joining CCC in May 2015, Jason was the VP of Big Data Analytics at IBM, and, before that, was VP of Product Management for SPSS, a predictive analytics software company.  Jason earned a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
